Return and Exchange Policy

• Return Request: Must be made within 48 hours of delivery for damaged or defective items.
• Proof Required: Submit an unboxing video of the product showing damage or defect within 24 hours.
• Condition for Return: Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
• Return Shipping: Covered if the return is approved; you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
• Exchanges: For defective items, exchanges are allowed at no additional cost. For incorrect sizes you have to pay 100rs exchange charge, exchanges must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
• Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after approval; may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to post.
